臺灣鯖魚漁業之發展概況

摘要

鯖魚又名青花魚俗稱花輝或青輝，向來是我國沿近海漁業中重要的漁業資源，其生產量一直位居我國沿近海漁業的首位。但近年來，我國沿近海鯖魚之產量有逐漸下降之勢，因此如何因應與調整我國鯖魚漁業之發展，以使鯖魚漁業能永續發展，已是刻不容緩之事。緣此，本文希望能以知往鑑來的思維，簡述我國鯖魚漁業之發展與變遷，以期有助於我國鯖漁業未來之發展。

Development of Mackerel Fisheries in Taiwan: A Brief Overview

Abstract

Mackerel is one of the most important targeted species for coastal fisheries in Taiwan and its fisheries production has remained the highest. However, mackerel production in Taiwan has been decreased gradually in recent years. Therefore, it is urgent to reconstruct mackerel fisheries in Taiwan for sustainable development. This paper aims to give a brief over view of development of mackerel fisheries in Taiwan that can be helpful for future development of mackerel fisheries in Taiwan.
